COMMUNITY LUWAK COFFEE "KAMOJANG"
We are producing Luwak Coffee from Garut district of West Java belonging to the Breeders Community Luwak Coffee is made up of farmers on the slopes of Mount Kamojang Garut and surrounding areas.
Coffee Plantation currently available productive area of 50 ha. The type of coffee that is grown Arabica coffee, grown at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,700 meters above sea level, The humidity between 18-26 degrees Celsius. The resulting coffee beans taste delicious because volcanic sandy soil is very fertile. Farming and harvesting coffee is well managed in order to provide ripe coffee fruit , fresh and of good quality for the supply of Luwak food throughout the year.
Community Luwak coffee "Kamojang" are very concerned various technical aspects of good breeding in captivity the civet, neither of environmental factors as well as comfort for the Civet breeding locations, by providing a good and comfortable cages , cage environmental health and animal health always maintain in good condition to produce best quality Luwak coffee.
This community is growing along with the availability of coffee plantation meet the requirements for a good feed. With the amount of current coffee berries and availability as additional feed for the production of Luwak coffee produced can reach 200 kg per month in the form of the Green Bean, so we can guarantee the continuous availability of supply to consumers .
Luwak coffee making process is done carefully, hygienic and halal. Luwak Coffee Bean (Green Bean) has been generated through a rigorous sorting process to produce best quality with delicious taste.
